Kegs at home
Keg units on hire with 30 L and 50 L kegs, available from stock. Collection only; local delivery can be arranged.
By the case
Beer and cider by the case; wine, sparkling and spirits by the bottle or the case. No full case needed on wine and spirits.
Ice
Bagged ice available from stock. Just call in, or ring ahead and we’ll have it ready.
Sale or return
Unopened stock in saleable condition, with your receipt, can come back after your event.

The small print, made simple
Kegs, ice & sale or return.
Keg hire
Kegs, gas and bagged ice are available from stock: just call in, or ring ahead if you’d like us to have them ready. A refundable deposit applies on kegs, gas and dispense equipment – ask at the desk. Return your keg and gas cylinder on a day that suits you, agreed when you collect. From collection until return, the keg, gas cylinder and unit are your responsibility: keep them upright, cool and secure. Bring the keg (empty or untapped) back with the gas cylinder and equipment, undamaged, on the day we arrange with you, and we’ll refund your deposit. Lost or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost.
Sale or return
On event orders, unopened stock can come back for a refund or credit within 5 working days of your event. It must be in saleable condition: sealed, labels intact, full unsplit cases of beer and cider, untapped kegs, and with your receipt. Opened bottles, split or damaged cases, tapped kegs, ice and special orders can’t be returned. Agree sale or return when you order.
Ice
Bagged ice is available from stock: just call in, or ring ahead and we’ll have it ready with your drinks. Ice isn’t returnable.
Glass hire
Ask us about glass hire when you order.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, please bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or Age Card). We don’t sell alcohol to anyone under 18, or to anyone buying for them.
Event drinks planner
How much drink do I need?
A simple starting point for parties, weddings and events. Put in your numbers, then send them to us and we’ll fine-tune the list with you.
- About 1 drink per adult guest, per hour is a sensible starting point.
- A 50 L keg pours about 88 pints; a 30 L keg about 52.
- A 75cl bottle of wine pours 5 glasses; a 70cl bottle of spirits about 19 measures.
- Plenty of water and soft drinks alongside, always. Count adults only, and plan everyone’s lift home.
