Office and club parties, mostly Thursdays to Saturdays. Fri 27 Nov, 4, 11 and 18 Dec are the big Friday nights.

The traditional start of Christmas shopping and a busy day in town.

Last Friday before Christmas
Usually the busiest night of the party season, as workplaces finish up.

The last big stock-up day before Christmas, for bars and for homes. Get your order in early.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & St Stephen’s Day
Plan stock to carry you over Christmas: Christmas Eve, then the 26th, which is a big night out.

For parties & events
How much do I need for the party?
Put in your adult guests and how long it runs. You get a starting list of wine, beer, spirits, mixers, softs and ice, which we can fine-tune with you at the counter.
- Based on about 1 drink per adult guest, per hour. Many guests will have less.
- Always have plenty of water, soft drinks and food, and low or no alcohol choices.
- Count adults only, and plan everyone’s lift home.

Do you sell to the public?
Yes. Our cash & carry serves the trade and the public at the counter, by the bottle or the case. You don’t need a trade account to buy.
Do I need a trade account?
Not to buy at the counter. A trade account is for bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, off-licences and distributors: you get the monthly wholesale price list by email, invoices on file and ordering by phone or email. Open one online.
Do you deliver?
Yes, for trade customers. Trade delivery is free from 20 mixed cases (distributors from 40 cases). Smaller orders can be delivered for a charge. Or collect at the counter at the rear of 37 Bandon Road.
Do you have kegs and ice?
Yes. Keg units are on hire, in 30 L and 50 L, and we stock kegs of the main beer, stout and cider brands. Bagged ice is from stock. Tell us what you need and when, and we’ll have it ready.
How many pints are in a keg?
A 50 L keg pours about 88 pints, and a 30 L keg about 52. Keg sizes vary by brand, so ring us to check.

Can I return what we don’t use?
On event orders, sale or return applies to unopened stock in saleable condition, with your receipt, within 5 working days of your event. Full terms.
