Valley: Central.
Climate: The Central Valley has a Mediterranean climate with a good thermal oscillation. Summers are hot and dry with low rainfall. Winters are cool and frequently have heavy rain.
Soil: Alluvial origin, river beds, stony, clayish and sandy.
Harvest: Hand harvested in half-ton bins, cluster selection on the plant and leaf removal in order to avoid herbaceous aromas. Harvested only during the morning in order to maintain the fresh temperature of the fruit.

Wine Description:
A wine of a pale yellow colour with distinctive green notes. On the nose, it is a very fruity wine with tropical fruit, green apple, herbs and grapefruit aromas. A lively and flavourish half-bodied wine; citric fruit flavours, good balance and floral. A very fresh and a light wine.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or to serve with sushi or fresh sea food.
