Valley: Central Valley.
Climate: The Central Valley has a Mediterranean climate with a good thermal oscillation. Summers are hot and dry with low rainfall. Winters are cool and frequently have heavy rain.
Soil: Alluvial origin, river beds, stony, clayish and sandy.
Harvest: Hand harvested in half-ton bins, cluster selection on the plant and leaf removal in order to avoid herbaceous aromas. Harvested only during the morning in order to maintain the fresh temperature of the fruit.

Wine Description:
Semi-intense yellowish-gold in colour. Nice white fruit aromas of white peach and pineapple. Nicely balanced on the palate, well-rounded and fruity with a succulent finish.

Food Pairings: Pasta, cold dishes, or shellfish.
