Valley: Central.
Climate: The Central Valley has a Mediterranean climate with a good thermal oscillation. Summers are hot and dry with low rainfall. Winters are cool and frequently have heavy rain.
Soil: Alluvial origin, river beds, stony, clayish and sandy.
Harvest: Hand harvested in half-ton bins, cluster selection on the plant and leaf removal in order to avoid herbaceous aromas. Harvested only during the morning in order to maintain the fresh temperature of the fruit.

Wine Description:
It has a deep red colour with purple hints. On the nose has strong sour cherries and blackberries with hints of toasted coffee. It is a half-rounded wine with balanced fresh fruit and sweet tannins. A wine with excellent persistence of flavour.

Food Pairing: Serve with ripe and strong cheeses, meat and seasoned dishes.
