The brewery was originally set up in 2008 as a partnership between two rural pubs (Tigh Úi Cathain/Kanes & Tigh Bhric/Bricks) one mile apart on the Dingle Peninsula in the West Kerry Gaeltacht.It was a three way partnership between Donal O’ Cáthain, Paul O’ Loingsigh and Adrienne Heslin, who had identified a need to satisfy the
many passing visitors with what was a truly local beer. The beers were to be simple top fermenting ales brewed with the above mentioned water, predominantly Irish malt,hops & fresh yeast which were served through hand pumps from casks as opposed to kegs, unfiltered, naturally conditioned with in the casks.About The Craft Beer:
A refreshing golden ale with a subtle hop aroma followed by strong caramel malt flavours.
